Yes. All orders are shipped in SHEVEREIGN’s exclusive tear-strip courier box, designed for strength and a premium appearance. While the box features the SHEVEREIGN logo, it does not disclose product types or contents. Inside, your items are elegantly presented in our signature premium packaging, ensuring both privacy and a luxurious unboxing experience.
Standard shipping within Australia typically takes 2–4 business days, while express shipping usually arrives within 1–2 business days. International delivery times vary by destination.

4. Returns & Warranty
Due to the intimate nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, even if unopened or unused. This ensures every customer receives a product that meets our strict hygiene, quality, and safety standards.
All SHEVEREIGN products come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. If your product develops a fault, please contact support@shevereign.com.au as soon as possible (ideally within 7 days of discovering the issue) with your order number, purchase date, product name, and a description of the issue, including images or videos where possible. This helps us resolve the matter promptly.
Eligible refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product. Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
