Change-of-Mind Returns
Due to the intimate nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, even if the product is unopened or unused. This policy ensures that all customers receive products that meet SHEVEREIGN’s strict hygiene, quality, and safety standards.
Warranty Coverage
All SHEVEREIGN products come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. In the rare event that a product develops a fault confirmed to be caused by a manufacturing defect, we will provide a free replacement within 1 year from the date of purchase.
Warranty coverage applies only when the product has been used and maintained under normal conditions and confirmed by our technical team to have a defect arising from its own components. The warranty does not cover:
1. Failure to follow the instructions or damage caused by misplacement.
2. Damage caused by force majeure.
3. Man-made damage.
4. The purchase date cannot be verified effectively.
5. Faults that occur in harsh conditions, such as soot, cold, heat, liquids, etc. Changes or upgrades to the product and accessory features are subject to change without notice.

Defective Product Return Process

Assessment
Our team will review your claim and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the item.
Return the Item
Follow the instructions provided and ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent further damage.
Refunds
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
