SECTION 20 - SHIPPING & TAXES

All orders (excluding peak sale periods and public holidays) are processed and dispatched from our Melbourne, Australia warehouse within 2 business days. During peak sales events or public holidays, dispatch and delivery times may be longer than usual, and we appreciate your understanding and patience.

Deliveries will be made to the shipping address provided at the time of purchase. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the shipping information provided is complete and accurate. SHEVEREIGN is not liable for delays, lost or damaged shipments, or orders sent to incorrect, incomplete or otherwise invalid addresses provided by you. In the unlikely event that a parcel is lost in transit, we will take all reasonable steps to assist in tracing the missing shipment.

Orders may be returned to us for reasons including, but not limited to, unpaid taxes or duties, incorrect address details, or unclaimed parcels. Should a parcel be returned or rejected, please contact support@shevereign.com.au to arrange redelivery. All associated redelivery costs will be your responsibility.

For international orders, additional taxes, customs duties and import fees may be applied by your local authorities. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are solely your responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office for information on potential fees prior to placing an order.

Some deliveries may require a signature upon receipt to ensure safe and secure delivery. If no one is available at the nominated address, the carrier may leave a collection card for redelivery or local pickup.

Risk and title to the products purchased pass to you upon delivery to your nominated shipping address.

SECTION 21 - RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the intimate nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, even if the product is unopened or unused. This policy ensures that all customers receive products that meet SHEVEREIGN’s strict hygiene, quality, and safety standards.

All SHEVEREIGN products come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. In the rare event that a product develops a fault confirmed to be caused by a manufacturing defect, we will provide a free replacement within 1 year from the date of purchase.

SECTION 22 - WARRANTY

Warranty coverage applies only when the product has been used and maintained under normal conditions and confirmed by our technical team to have a defect arising from its own components. The warranty does not cover:

1. Failure to follow the instructions or damage caused by misplacement.

2. Damage caused by force majeure.

3. Man-made damage.

4. The purchase date cannot be verified effectively.

5. Faults that occur in harsh conditions, such as soot, cold, heat, liquids, etc. Changes or upgrades to the product and accessory features are subject to change without notice.

From time to time, SHEVEREIGN may offer complimentary items or gifts with purchase as part of promotional campaigns. These gifts are provided at our sole discretion and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange due to change of mind.

All complimentary items are subject to basic quality and safety checks before dispatch. Complimentary items are not covered by our commercial warranty.

Please note that complimentary items may occasionally display minor cosmetic imperfections which do not affect their safe use or intended purpose. Such variations are not considered defects.

Complimentary items are available only during designated promotional periods and are subject to change or withdrawal without prior notice. They are offered in limited quantities and on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.

Complimentary items cannot be purchased separately or claimed independently of the qualifying promotion. Any issues with complimentary items will not affect your rights in relation to the purchased products in your order.
