All SHEVEREIGN products come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
In the rare event that your product develops a fault confirmed to be caused by a defect in materials or workmanship, we will provide a free replacement within 1 year from the date of purchase.

Warranty Coverage

Warranty coverage applies when:

-The product has been used and maintained under normal conditions.
-The fault is confirmed by our technical team to result from internal components or manufacturing defects.

Examples of issues covered include:

-Charging or battery issues (under normal use)
-Defective buttons or controls (cold/heat, liquid damage, improper storage).

What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not apply to:
1.Failure to follow instructions for use or damage caused by misplacement.
2.Damage caused by force majeure (natural disasters, accidents).
3.Man-made damage such as drops, misuse, or unauthorized repair.
4.Products where the purchase date cannot be effectively verified.
5.Faults caused by exposure to harsh conditions (e.g., soot, extreme cold/heat, liquid damage, improper storage).
